I broken a white tab that keeps the bottom tray door on. What is the best glue to use for this. If I replace the section I will have to disassemble the whole bottom tray and it's a nightmare?

It might be a nightmare but it's the best thing to do. Gluing it can be a bigger nightmare over time. The cold temp makes it hard to get the glue to cure properly. Sorry for the bad news. Would just replace it.
