    Juice Fast
My plan is to embark on a 30 day juice fast. I weigh 400 pounds and I want to know how many pounds could I loose in 30 days? I plan to keep my calories at or about 840. So please respond with answers.

Basically, according to the old fashioned plan to loose weight, none. The old fashioned plan to loose weight is diet and exercise. The ratio of calorie intake and calorie loss is unbalanced. In other words, although you will not be consuming as many calories you will still be taking in 840 calories, which is more that you are taking off. On the positive note, however, you will not gain weight.

To loose weight, the ideal goal is for you to loose more calories than you consume. For this reason, I recommend you incorporate an exercise plan for optimal results. Additionally, all calories are not good calories. 840 calories, based on a 2000 calorie per day diet sound rather appealing, but if those calories are of choclate chip cookies, you wouldn't be benefiting yourself very much. So, aim to fulfill all of your nutritional requirements in your diet. A diet of nothing but juice, would not only be unhealthy for you, it will also add to your water weight, as well as cause you to feel fatigued due to lack of vitamins and nutrients.
