End this relationship, she's using you as a safety-coushin.

They have been going out, and while she's in a relationship with you he visit's her often.
She might say they're just friends - might be true but higly unlikely. I would rate this relationship a rebound.

What that basically means is while she's feeling alone she uses you for support, when you have then nursed her back to health she's going to leave you - save yourself further heartache and move on mate.

It's okay to feel bad for her, but she is using you. And it seems to me like her ex is around enough of the time to comfort her..

Say you want to break up. Talk all you like just make sure you brake up, and when that's done you do no contact with her.
