My wife left me and our 14 yearold son ,she sends him 20 dollars a month to play with no other support texts to him on phone.has been gone for 5 /1/2 months and is living with someone out of state.has been all this time can I fille for abandiment .I don't want her to try and take my son he doesn't won't to go with her she riped his hands off her lugage so that she could leve even though he was beging her to stay

In addition you posted in a "Sticky" thread I wrote about what qualifies for abandonment. Did you bother to read what was posted? If you had, you would have had your question answered.

What is it your really want? Do you want child support? Do you want to cut the mother of your son our of both of your lives? Do you want her to step up and be a mother? What do you really want so we can advise you.
