The reason teenagers are discouraged from sexual relationship is because their social identity is not yet formed. Also, every action has a consequece of some sort and you have to calculate if it is worth it. Now if you decline nothing will happen. Maybe the guy will be unhappy and rag on you but that's about it. See what I mean that teens have no solid personal standpoint when it comes to relationships and social behaviour. Your constant search for reassurance gives away your inexperiance and immaturity.
