I missed my depo injection by 3 weeks, nurse gave a pregnancy test before giving late depo injection, took another test about week and half later, came back negative, keep feeling really sick and now getting sore boob, can't judge by periods as I haven't had a period since being on depo injection been on depo for about 5 years. Please help

You missed your depo by 3 weeks so all traces of it or most of it would have left your body by then so now your after getting another one this could be just side effects your experiencing as its almost like your starting the depo all over again, I know that when I started getting my depo I used to crave foods! So this could be the reason.

Thank you, would the tests still show negative people keep saying that the depo injection causes the negative result and to have ablood test done to be sure.

There's absolutely no harm in being sure so if it puts your mind at rest then a blood test is a sure thing. :)
