For a week I have had very painful urination inside, and when done feel I am not. It hurts to bend over in that spot or touch it. I can hold my urine for a long time but then all of a sudden out of the blue within 5 seconds I can't stand up or make it to the bathroom 10 feet away without already starting to go, It also smells like rotten eggs. There is also some brownish blood I thought was from the end of my period but it has to be way over with and it only occurs when I wipe. Help

Sounds like a possible bladder infection, but that's just a guess.

Most defintitely sound like a very severe urinary tract infection. Get yourself to a doctor ASAP before this gets worse and involves your kidneys.
