    Mobile Home Foreclosure in Michigan
I am currently living in a family members mobile home in Michigan that they have not been paying on. I only pay lot rent and have no contract with anyone regarding the arrangements. Recently I found out that maybe a little over 2 months ago the mobile home went into foreclosure. I don't know all the details of the situation accept that I recevieved a knock on my door by a few gentalmen that work for the mortgage company stating they needed to get ahold of my family member. They said they had no idea anyone was living here and they needed to have poof the trailer was still around. I was just wondering if I should hurry and move out so I don't lose any of my personal stuff or if they have to notify my family member before anything happends.

I would start looking for a new place, but they can't just throw you out. They have to give you notice to vacate.

Not sure in your area, but mobile homes ar not foreclosed, they are repo'ed,

And the amount of time in each state varies on how they are allowed to take ownership. But yes I wouild be moving now
