In my jurisdiction, appraisers don't have to be licensed. If you mean "certified" by a school, of course you can get one. Before you do, check with your state to find out whether you need to be licensed.

Even if you do, that doesn't mean your felony will prevent you from being licensed. That's probably decided on a case by case basis.
