My hair keeps breaking off and it NEVER grows !
I used to dye my hair at home with a permant color and when it faded I would re dye it(it was always black). Well after a while I stopped doing this and the last time I colored it was a month ago and my hair stylist did this.

I completely stopped messing with it and I add this chemical Bio silk to my hair ( a leave in conditioner and a super light oil) and wash my hair with Tresemee's anti breakage for medium-thick hair because my hair is so.

Even after all this when I wake up in the morning and brush my hair it profusley falls out ! Ive taken all the measures (or at least what I think so ) to help my hair grow. My brush has wide spread apart brissles that are plastic, I was told this was an okay brush)

I make sure I get my vitiams every day and still it falls out, I don't know what to do anymore, and its all different lenghts. It used to be shoulder length but its fallen out so much that its like a short short bob ):

Any suggestions ? Your help is appreciated.

Get your hair completely cut off and start from scratch. Start moisturizing and shampooing with baby shampoo. My hair is always cut short about l/2 inch all over because it is easier to deal with. It can be very attractive. Stop colouring or you will have a damaged scalp and nothing will grow.

I'm confused as to whether it is breaking off or falling out. The two have different solutions. If your hair is breaking (there is still a hair left, just a shorter piece), then you may be overusing product that suffocates the hair, not allowing it to get any natural hydration. BioSilk is a wonderful product, but it is silicone-based and can build up with overuse. I would suggest using a mild clarifying shampoo every 10 days or so to remove buildup of it if you continue to use it. Additionally, I would suggest that, with your hair type, just taking a break from the BioSilk for a while. Try using "It's A 10 with Keratin" leave-in conditioner. I use it on my clients with delicate or damaged hair, and it leaves their hair smooth and healthy, and even brings back shine they haven't seen in a long time. In fact, the entire "It's A 10" hair care line would probably benefit you. See if there is a salon in your area that carries it. Also, Moroccan Oil can be a good substitute to BioSilk to get strength and shine.

Now... if it is falling out at the scalp, that is another story. If you are taking vitamins and using proper hair care techniques, then you may want to see your doctor or a dermatologist. Hair loss could be a sign of a deeper health problem. If the hair isn't returning, then you may be a victim to alopecia. It affects many people for many different reasons. Only a doctor or professional that deals with that type of hair loss can give you a solution.
