97 civic started it up to move it and now it won't start has spark and the plugs are wet with gas cheek the timing looks good don't no what else to look for

Water in the gas line and tank maybe.
I own a 97 Civic and owned 2 older ones before, and all I can say is that Hondas are wonderful, except for needing lots of drygas in damp cold climates.
I'm not a mechanic though.
