I have son aged 8 months and we have been living with her mother for last 2 years until I moved out and since then she had refused me to see my son and even called the Police that she didn't want to have any contact with me. I have contact the social community and she has said to them that she doesn't want me to see his son what do I do since she has all the sole custody to my son though am registered as the father of my BOY

Don't give up there are so many fathers out there that don't want anything to do with there kids. As long as your not to any danger of this child then your right shouldn't be taken away. Have you gotten a preternity test yet? If not do it so she doesn't play that card, then if you are low income go to legal aide down town talk to the counsilors they will help anyone not just low income. But if it all works out after you fight don't ever give up make sure you seem your boy when you ask to pay your support no matter what its so important to the health and well being of your child to have that cause whether the money you handed to your ex goes exactly for the diapers at one point she had to pay for them and wipes and food for herself if she is still breast feeding they grow so fast so do everything you can that you deserve to get your rights taken seriously that's 50 percent your child just as much as it hers.

Yes I have got al the documents to show that am the father of my Child and fully registered with the government. And she only told the Social people that she doesn't want me to see my SON because I don't like him which was strange and I don't know what could be my chances of seeing my son once we got to the COURT. As I need JOINT CUSTODY OR Visitation rights. So I don't know what could be the outcome in court and the chances I have got. I don't drink, nor SMOKE or use drugs just clean person but still she keep on saying that I don't like my BOY And she doesn't want me to see him.

First ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. If a court has declared you the legal father then you can petition the court for joint legal custody and visitation rights. Why haven't you done so?

All being the legal (unmarried) father gives you the right to do is to go to court and exercise your rights. If you want visitation or custody of your child, you need to ask a court for it. Until you exercise your parental rights, there isn't a whole lot that can be done.
