It could be a number of things from a sty or maybe something is caught in it, the eyes are such a sensitive organ, you should definitely bring him to your doctor, oh and don't touch it as this can irritate it more.
He also has a coulh and he felt like a hundred with a temp and it scares me and it being only Sunday his doctor doest work and I'm so confused
You need to get his temperature down, paracetamol are the best for doing so and most children's medicines will have this drug such as Calpol, also a cold cloth on his forehead works wonders, but the temperature needs to come down. Now I don't want to scare you by any means but since you doctor isn't around you could bring him to A&E, he may not need to go but if your feeling so fretful I don't see the harm. Don't worry though this could be very minor maybe just a cold and the puffy eye could be due to this or just a separate issue.
What's that and where is it located
Sorry we probably use different terms in ireland, bring him to your nearest hospital. (A&E) accident and emergency is what we call it sometimes
Thank you you were very helpful
Not a problem, :) I hope everything is fine and I'm sure it will be, do let me know how you both get on :)
