If you only had sex 4 days ago it would be too early for pregnancy symptoms. Is it close to time for your period?

Sometimes this kind of pain happens when you are actually ovulating. Take a warm bath and some tylenol. If this pain continues and/or gets worse, you will have to seek medical attention. You need to have this looked at to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
