    Go to the court house and get a copy of the deed that was filed, it will list them.

    ** I assumed you were asking how to find out what children are listed on the deed.

    Here are the documents I was able to obtain from the courthouse:
    {links removed}

    It says The {Name removed} Family Trust but I see no breakdown or what lawyer to whom to refer to. I also see this is a Revocable Living Trust. Does this mean my fathers cruel spouse can make changes to the terms and omit my brother and I as we were purposely left out of the obituary, see link:

    Gerrie {Name removed} is my step sister and Joe Gabriel {name removed} is my half brother and they're the only children ny step mother gave birth to. Lennard Al {named removed} and myself " Joe {name removed} Jr" are from my fathers previous marriage.

    So the owner of the property is not an estate.

    It all depends on the terms of the trust, who established it, who is the owner of it.

    At the tax department, is there an address to where the property tax of the trust is sent ?

    A trust will have a trustee, usually 2 trustees, a bank and a family member, who are in charge.
    Even if you can get the address property tax bills are sent to, probably a bank, the bank may or may not talk with you.
    If you were left out of AN obituary, write another one, and leave her out.
