I had lletz treatment last June and since then I have had pain and bleeding after intercourse, I had my 6 month smear last Thursday and I bleed during that to and it was very painful any advice would be great.?

Go back to your doctor and kick up a fuss. This is not the proper outcome so make them deal with it and fix whatever is wrong.
