There's no way to get someone to like you in a romantic way but you can make many people like you by just being friendly, kind and fair. People will be drawn to your likability,

Tough as it is,you're going to have to talk to him if you want him to notice you.
Ask his opinion about something,guys like giving opinions!

I've been in that situation before. Be yourself! Don't try to be the girl that he'd want to be with. Be yourself and be bold! Make him notice you for you. Show him what he'll miss if he passes you by.
