Surgery is the only thing you can do. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but that is the ONLY option.

People mature at different rates and times. As you get older 16, 18 and so on, other girls will also start to mature, and you would feel wrong or even out of place then with extremely small chest. At 17 they will be making fun of the girls with small chests ( not right but kids can be hurtful)

In reality, most of the girls doing this are just jealous often.

O you are just like me! Sometimes I just try wearing looser clothing so you can't see the perfect outline of my chest.

I agree with the others that its possible you may grow into your bust. But I do understand your feelings. As J_9 said, the only option is surgery. And your doctor will probably say you are too young. But it is something you may want to consider when you reach 18. Extra large breasts can cause posture and back problems. And you need to consider and deal with this as you grow older.

I feel your pain. I'm a 32F, but I'm much older, and I've learned to live with them.

The only option is surgery, but no doctor will do cosmetic surgery on a 13 year old. You'll have to live with them for now.

Do you have a good bra? Getting the proper bra can really help. Like I stated, I have a 32F chest, but with a good bra I can still wear shirts that most people do, without looking like Dolly Parton. Invest in a good bra. Go to a store where they actually fit you for the bra. It won't be cheap, but it really can make all the difference.

Loose clothing can be a brilliant way to shape your figure nicely. My best friend was an F at 14 and she has quite a lot of back pain, but with the right clothes she looks STUNNING! If you really wanted (and I'm no doctor) is bandage your chest, making it that little bit tighter so it's not as big.

Those girls are just 100% jealous and the boys most likely have a thing for you! Flaunt it baby, you're coming into your prime years and confidence is necessary. The ones who are making fun of you won't be around for long and they are not you. You are amazing the way you are and you shouldn't lose confidence over someone's jealousy or insecure issues. Your real friends will accept you the way you are and talk to you about everything and anything that doesn't consist of your boobs.

I've been best friends with my friend for 10 years and she is so confident now! With time the rest of her body caught up with her, so don't panic!

I truly recommend ignoring those losers and enjoying the sexy features your parents gave you!

I hope this video helps you...

@ J9, I do not wish to leave you bad feedback...

Binding her breasts are a much safer and healthier option than plastic surgery - there is no damage what so ever to what she's naturally been given. I can't believe you, a nurse, would say that plastic surgery to a 13 year old is the only option. Please speak to others about this if you wish - I really mean this in the nicest way possible, but you should never say to someone so young to take such an invasive route first before you can consider safer options. You may be annoyed for me leaving you a negative - but THINK about this poor girl before you tell her this is the ONLY route, because it's not. You should have encouraged her to enjoy what she's been given instead of being so bitter and determined that something so invasive was the only option.

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

You negative rating was inappropriate. The question was how to make the breasts smaller, NOT how to hide their size. Surgery IS the only way. But j_9 was not advocating that the OP should have surgery. She knew that no surgeon would perform such surgery.

And binding is not as safe as you think. It can cause muscle damage and can also be painful.

You are new here and it would be smart thing to learn the rules of this site and the players before blundering further.

Breast binding is VERY dangerous during the formation years. As Scott said, it can cause permanent muscle and nerve damage, can be painful, and is completely outdated.

As a nurse, I NEVER advocate surgery on anyone without seeking at least a second opinion from a medical doctor. Certainly not on the advice of a stranger over the internet.

Lastly, I was not advocating for surgery for a 13 year old. I was simply stating breast reduction facts, which apparenly you know nothing about. Breast binding is done only in third world countries these days. We don't even do it any longer to aid in drying up milk to post partum women.

And you got your medical education where? Ethiopia? Because that's one place they still bind the breasts.

Plastic surgery IS the only option. I never said she should have it done at 13 though. No doctor will do a breast reduction when the breasts are still developing.

Your just like me I'm 13 and I'm a 36C but I usually bind my chest with an ace bandage and a tight sports bra then wear a loose shirt so people don't see my chest you could try that.. plus the sports bra usually keeps the ace bandage from loosening or sliding off if you have a good bra...

You ever hear of minimizer bras? They can make you look as though your chest is smaller (they won't make it ACTUALLY smaller though just look like they are under clothes) at least a cup size, maybe two! www.herroom.com has plenty. Go to the search bar and serach "minimizer". I have a 34H and am not fat at 22. Working out has not worked for me, either, but herroom.com and their selection has made it a little bit less frustrating.

Oh, www.lovebras.com and www.brastop.com may also have minimizers (for cheap!) They also have lots of bras and swimsuits for larger chest for really good prices!
