My sister is recently married on 14.02.2011, We have come to know that her husband is now looking for a job abroad. I would like to know if he gets employment there how can her rights be protected if she is not immediately able to go there. Boy is an instrumentation engineer with SAIL.

She has not right to move, what is the husband saying, and what do you mean that "you come to know" would he not have discussed this with his wife before he decided to look for another job.

    Does she have a passport

But she would get a visa just like he would have to, and she would move with him

He is of course free to move without her if he wants to, she has no real right, except to file for divorce if he moves off without him
