Recently when I have been at work I have been experiencing spontaneous errection this perhaps maybe days after having foreplay or that with my girlfriend I am not sure.ie. When I sit down at work I end up with a normal early morning errection later in the morning or day at work

During these foreplay sessions I have not when I mean to ( after various foreplay stimuli) I release later alone but this problem arrises days afterwards.

I have no idea how old you are but you should know the answer to this by now.

I probably know this answeer , perhaps , however I am 20 years old and apologise if any there's take offence.The problem maybe clear to some but to me it isn't or has not been clear.My girlfriend has assured me that it is all right but any help would be good as I am a very self conscious person sometimes so I ask again.

In my first answer I assumed that you were a very young person trying to get a thrill by posting some outrageous sexual question on here. I am still taken aback by the fact that you are asking this question or I don't understand what you are asking one.
But here is my answer to your question the best way that I can answer it. It is my knowledge that the average male gets an erection several times a day, some more some less, these erections do not necessarily have to have any outside stimulation for them to occur. Some of thse erections are more intense that others, and some guys if the time and place is right will masturbate to relieve the situation, others will just let time take care of it and it goes away. In some cases if the erection is caused by an outside influence, and the influence remains, can last for hours. If this happens a problem can happen that has the slang name of "blueballs" which is a hurting in the scrotum and up in the lower part of the abdomen, this too can be relieved somewhat by masturbation.

Its OK I guess I have the same problem but I need to find a way to help out the problem, I don't want tp be stuck in a pool with a "submarine" and ill be embarrassed, I did masturbate , but I stopped because I have a girlfriend, and I am ashamed of I otherwise. The only thing I have found to do is wear like some tight underwear and stff like that. And I hate getting "blueballs" it sucks! I need help too
