I owe one bank already

You probably can't - and if you do and the first bank locates the account they will lien against it - if they have a Judgment against you.

If you have bounced checks ( not just a loan you have not paid off) they have background checks they do, that will show this up.

Even with unpaid debts, they may restrict the type of accounts.
