I know my hemoglobin level has dropped a little but I want to know how much. I had a blood test today but results don't come back till tomorrow. Last time I was at 11.8... now my head hurts, throbs when I come up the steps and I find it a little difficult to breath for a little bit after coming up the stairs, I am shaky, my hands and feet are cold, I am craving ice but not that much, I feel lightheaded and I can't concentrate?

For females, it's normally 12. It sounds like, from the symptoms you've described, your level has dropped even more. Let us know what the test results say.

How about your blood sugar or blood pressure. They symptoms you describe are indicative of both.
