    Transfer of probation, change in sentencing
    Have a frind who's parole was transferred from Georgia to Pennsylvania.But Pennsylvania doesn't carry the same sentencing that Georgia has an doesn't carry same sentencing guidelines.Can his charges be reduces since they have been here for 3 yrs.
