I'm estimated to be 8 weeks pregnant yet I'm not sure since I don't keep track of periods, at my ultrasound they said id miscarry since they could hear no heartbeat, however baby is the size it should be, my tests were all normal and there no signs of miscarrying and I still feel pregnant. I think I should wait a little longer to see if they find a beat but they just keep saying he won't make it.Why wouldn't they even give me hope when I feel and heard other stories where they end up finding the baby's heartbeat.

What kind of ultrasound was done? An abdominal (over the tummy) or a transvaginal (inside the vagina)?

I actually had both done and there was no beat I'm really hoping its too early or its positioned wrong beacause I've heard storys were they wait a little longer and they find it.. I have absolutely no signs of miscarrying so its really hard thet they want to rush into a D & c to remove it..
