I have had a 28 day cycle for as long as I can remember. Last month, it came one week early, and now this month, it came on time according to the previous month, but I spotted for a week, and now for over a week I have been having a mild, but steady period with clots, and no cramps. There is no sign of it stopping and it is very inconvenient and annoying, not to mention worrisome.

What should I do? My GP says the only solution is hormones (the pill) and I refuse to take them.
