My 5 year old daughter is refusing to go to school.. she started this year at 1st everything was great she loved it!for the past week she's being crying and won't let go of me in the schoolyard.iv being into the teacher to see if there's a problem but she says she's fine once she goes in, its gettinng very frustrating and upsetting for me at the moment as I don't kwn what to do

I guess nowadays we are expected to overcome social obstacles at an early age and I guess this is what is going on with your daughter. Could be she is having a problem with another girl or girls (yes they start bullying at an early age too).

I guess the only thing you can do is try to get her to tell you what is bothering her.

Well of course I will assume you mean she is giving you trouble getting her to school, since a child who is 5 can't refuse to go, they can make problems, but you MAKE them go,

She has some fear, something has happened, but unless she will tell you, it is hard to know.
