How can I get a Ph.D degree free of cost, just on the basis of my 32 years of experience. I have Master's degree in Economics from a very reputed Institute.

You do of course realise that simply purchasing the PhD certificate is completely MEANINGLESS.
A Doctorate in any subject isn't simply gained by buying a certificate, a substantial amount of original research is also a requirement.

Degrees based on life experience are a total waste of money and generally a SCAM!!

And these so-called "degrees" are not recognized by any employer as legitimate. It's like buying a certificate that claims you have a star named after you - it's not worth the paper it's printed on.
