I am 13 weeks pregnet and I keep getting these bad headakes and getting real dizzy,what should I do?

Please go to the doctor - call them right away. Could be nothing but fatigue and hormones, but could be something that you need to address such as maternal diabetes, etc. No sense worrying at home when you can just find out and get proper care if needed. Best wishes in your pregnancy.
