    Was the adoption done legally?

Are you the bio-father (in case one of the legal experts needs to know)? Can you give more information as to what all happened?

Adoptions are generally final. So its unlikely you can get it overturned.

    No can do.

An adoption means that, legally speaking, he and the child are strangers (or, in this case, cousins of some sort). If the adoption was done legally, there is nothing to be done.

If the family member lets him see the child all the time, he should leave well enough alone. If he tries to overturn the adoption he may wind up losing the child completely.

Yes, legally he does not even have a right to see the child, and no he is not going to get any rights back at this point.
