    Please clarify: do you mean this:

    Remember that the domain is the set of all possible input values (meaning x) which allows the function to work. So to find the domain you need to figure out what values of x work in the equation, and which don't. Here, because you have x in the denominator, you need to think about situations where the denominator could be equal to zero, which is a no-no. Those values of x that make the denominator something other than 0 are part of the domain. Can you take it from here?

    The domain would be all real numbers except what makes the denominator zero.
