[B]I have 2 male rats chocco and chip they are very loving towards me and all ways want cuddles and there not afraid to come see me but every time there snuggling into my neck they pee is there something I can do to potty train them??

(I`v had them nearly 2 months)

Rats by a fluke of evolution have small and very weak bladders.

They can't help it. And because of that you can't house train them like a cat or dog.
