Well I'm in a relationship with a guy and I'm like totally in love my ex and he just told me last night that he still loves me too but I don't want to break the guys heart that I'm dating now because he doesn't like my ex in the first place and my parents don't like him either.. any suggestions??

You are going to break the guys heart when he finds out you love someone other than him, plus you are deceiving him any way. Be honest and set him free to lick his wounds and get with someone that wants him, and is not haunted by an ex, that everyone in your family hates.
