My question is about motor vehicles & insurance .
Sure. You insure the car based on the state where it is registered, which should be the state where it is located, and that may be different than your home state. For example if you have a vacation home in another state and keep a car there, the car would be reigistered and insured in that state instead of your home state.
Paul, while I basically agree with ebaines there are many questions to be asked. Do you have a residence in this other state?
