My daughter took out a log book loan over 2 years ago but because she cannot afford to pay it back al in one go she has to keep renewing it every 6 months the last time being dec2010 but justa few after this she found out she had breast cancer and has since had to have both here breast removed, she receved a ltter form this company in te middle of feb, but becae she is to ill I sent a letter which signed giving her permission tat I can deal with all her finaces, I requested copies of all signed agreemnts and payments made to this company, and as the account is in arrears I offered to pay so much each week off, to date all they have set is a default notice and a statement dated dec 2010 cani request this and do they have to supply it

Unfortunately AMHD isn't really geared up for dealing with UK financial matters, but I know a site that is and has had great results with dealing with companies such as this.
