You can have oral herpes and genital herpes at the same time. They just activate at different times. The lab where your test was done can tell you which one you have. It has to be l or 2. Kind of hard to explain. Did your doctor do a proper lab test ?

I been with this dude that I contracted it from for 3 month and before that I was checked and was just fine... then me and this dude NEVER had unprotected sex... so could I have gotten both from a kiss and oral sex

But then a condom is not 100 percent, either

I don't know... but if he did.. could I have possible gotten both viruses from his mouth during oral sex?

We used a condom every time, but we did have unprotected oral sex... so could I have gotten both them 2 months?
