Anyone knowing the where abouts of the family of a girl born September 23 1973 in Hanover Ontario, but adopted out of Owen Sound, please let me know. She was fostered for 2 years by the Goldsmiths in that area that were well known for fostering many children over their years together. The girl's birth name was Lorraine Melanie Cutler.
