HIRE A LAWYER.
Even adults married with children get deported many years after they entered. Even those with good jobs and no criminal record. Don't think you can just plead.
Hire a GOOD lawyer, one who won't just take money and wait. Do careful research on reputation in your area.
There are attempts being made at legislation that would allow minors (or possibly very young children, but what would the cutoff age be?) to be granted residency, but it may be a long way from happening.
Agree with joypulv. It will depend on the facts of your case. We need more information.
Where is your husband from?
How did the family enter illegally (false documents, EWI)?
Anyone file a preference petition (him or parents) before April 30, 2001?
Any labor certification started before April 30, 2001?
Any arrests, charges or convictions?
Any false claim to US citizenship?
