My exboyfriend will not let me see my son unless I have sex with him.we had been broken up So many times because his abusive behavior, he took my son away when he was 2yrs old and he will tell my son that I left him an that I didn't love him, my son is now 10 and the reason why I never went to a lawyer because he threat me on killing me, he moved to another state without me knowing. Now I never see my son or talk to him.everytime I call to speak with my son he never get the message.my exboyfriend is upset because I moved on with my life now I have a daughter of 4 yrs old.but I am not happy knowing that my son miss me. Help what can I do? My exboyfrien wants me to leave my current boyfriend so I can be with my son, but I don't know what to do, I want to be with my son. But I love my current boyfriend, I am confused what can I do so I can see my son.

You need to sort this out with a counselor who works with single moms and broken families.

I understand you were afraid of your boyfriend, but without going to court you have no legal standing. The only way you will get anything done here is by going to court.

I know. I left my current boyfriend 4 months ago so I could see my son. Now I am alone with my daughter, I went to visit my son 4 months ago and try to work things out with my ex but I reAlize that money is not everything he wanted me to quit my job and just be at home with the kids I did that but I don't love him anymore. So I decided to comeback where I am living now. I haven't seen my son since then now I am a single mom. I do talk to both of my ex. The father of my daughter don't know that I left him because I was confused and needed to go see my son. He still wants me and I do too but I am confused. I don't want to do this anymore. I think I feel bad for my ex.the father of my son. I know I need to talk to a counselor.

Apparently so.

Other than pointing out the obvious: that if you want to have a right to see your son you need to go to court (If it's another state it would be that state, BTW), I don't know how we can help you.
