What is the best way and the best kind to use, when placing hard wood flooring on cement slab

Not good to install hardwood flooring on a cement floor. You have to have a sub floor, usually mahogany plywood underlay and a moisture barrier.

Are you intending to install the new laminate flooring ? Just the same, you need a subfloor and a moisture barrier.
