Can I ask that the property be vacated?
I hold 6 out of 7 warranty deeds on my deceased mothers property. I have paid the loan in full, paid all taxes for the last 12 years. My brother refuses to sign the deed over to me, and he lives on the property, do I have the legal right to ask him to leave

What do you mean 7 deeds? There are 7 pieces of property?

Did she leave separate pieces of property to seven heirs, or seven undivided interests in one piece of property?

If you paid the taxes, on property under brothers name, he thanks you, does not give you any extra rights

If you paid the entire mortgage of property under brothers name, again he thanks you, if you and he had a payment agreement you may sue him for his share of the payment he agreed to pay you.
