My boyfriend wants to adopt my daughter. I am also not 100 per cent sure on who her farther is n therefor there is no farther name on her birth certifcate so is it possiable for him to adopt her without her real farther permission?

Quite frankly, it is your moral obligation to inform anybody who could be the father of that possibility, and then perform paternity testing. That man can then consent to a STEP-PARENT adoption, which brings me to another important point...

Why would a court make a decision to create a legal relationship between an unrelated person and a child when you have not seen fit to do so? You need a step-parent for a step-parent adoption, and is most places, you must be married for at least a year. If you are actually taking this seriously, at last make an attempt to locate the father and marry your boyfriend.
