    i30 approved ,online status says case received by uscis from state department ?
    Hi
    My wife filled i130 in October2010, by mid February , we received a letter from uscis saying I 130 has been approved and its been forwarded to the nvc office in newHampshire and I will receive a response within 90 days ,today I checked my status of the application online and it says

    Post Decision Activity

    On March *, 2011, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
    For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

    This was the update few weeks before

    Post Decision Activity:
    On February *, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
    For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

    I confused why there is a change in post decision activity and why the case has been forward back to the uscis... I so confusing for me
    Hope some can help
    Thanks a lot

    Did you request consular notification on the I-130? Where is your wife now? Please note that the USCIS does not often update the message online. Was this the same online response you had previously?

    Check on the Form I-130, it should be marked that you will be consular processing and for you to select a US consulate for immigrant visa issuance.

    Hi
    Can any one explain me, how long will it take to get visa after I 130 has been approved in 2009 and what step should I take to proceed further... and I have contacted uscis many times ,but they keep saying me that {there is no visa availability at this moment and we will let you know if available}

    But question is that even after approved i130 ,why it is getting delay for issuing visa??
    Can any one suggest me what to do?
