I am looking for things that can help me before I go to my sentencing date and the day of. I plead guilty to a schedule 1 drug possession charge. I am looking for things to say or to do before my sentencing date that will help my situation and get the lesser of punishments. Also I go for my PSI (pre Screening investigation) soon can I do anything in my favor to make that go in my direction? They say I'm probation eligible to going to prison and all the in betweens.

You'd think the PSI would be used for the judges purpose and nothing else. That ain't true at all... They use to figure your sentence, classify your custody level, and determine your parole dates. Therefore, don't admit ANYTHING they don't already know.

At your sentencing, dress conservative, be contrite, look the judge in the eye, and have LOTS of character reference's from the community.
