OK, so I understand that most women experience this in early pregnancy, I'm 10 weeks pregnant now,

Earlier I went on my usual length walk but half way through I started getting really bad pains in my buttocks, like around my tail bone area, it got really bad and began travelling down my thighs, by the end of my walk I could barely make it home,

Now I'm home and have been resting for a few hours but I'm gone very stiff around the area now and its quite painful, is this normal?
