I have a 94 integra with a straight pipe JB welded all the way down the back of the car no exhaust, loud as could be, isn't even street legal and smokes a good bit when I hit the gas. But just got a glass pack to put on there. Guys at advanced auto said it would at least quieten it down and put it up to code. Can I attach an exhast still because the pipe coming out the back would look like crap if I didn't. And what can I do to eliminate the smoking problem?

What about the cat converter? Is it still in place? Federal offense to remove! Smoking typically has to do with engine problems, not exhaust. Put the muffler where the old one was located and get a tail pipe.

Yea whoever had the car before me removed all of that. So no, but ill try that as soon as it decides to quit flooding outside thanks man.
