    When I put symmons spindle back in and tighten the bonnet spindle won't turn with handle

    HI Bernie...

    Make sure to unscrew the spindle 1/2 way between hot and cold setting before tightening the stem assembly. If you don't have the spindle in the middle setting it will bind as you describe.

    Try this and let me know how you make out, OK?
