Kids rights to receive unmarried parents property!

Where would this be... Russia, Belize, Argentina, the UK, the USA? What state too. What property. Is the parent deceased? Was there a will?

If it's in the U.S. at least, and depending on the state, and if there was no will, the child might very well inherit.
