    Leaving state before court date?
If I move to a different state before convicted of a felony will I sill have a warrant out in the other 49 states? If not will there be a chance that I could be sent back to the original state of my infraction.

Yes, a warrant will be issued, enforceable in any/all States. I don't understand the "if not" part of your question.

A warrant will be issued and, yes, if it's serious enough and the original State cares enough when arrested you will be sent back to the original State - after being held in the State where you are arrested.
