There was one cartoon movie I saw a while ago that seemed to take place in the Middle east. I remember one character who was in the sewer and had flies buzzing over his head. I also remember some guy, maybe the main character, droping a thing of spikes or jumping jaks or something like that and the prince/king/emperor steps on them and has the main character exiled or something. I also remember the main character falling through what seemed to be one of those black and white illusion things for hypnosis. It was beyond weird. WHAT MOVIE WAS THAT!!
