My four year old has an itchy anus and before this he said under his penis was itchy. I looked at his bum and looks like he may have hemorrhoids? There are two little bumps around, near his anus. What do you think this may be?

It also could be pinworms. Have him checked by his pediatrician for a proper diagnosis.
